Food allergy policy

  • To ensure that our guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind, please check the facility's food allergy policy in advance.
About providing meals for food allergies ①If a request is made for meals to accommodate food allergies, we will only provide a "low allergen menu" that excludes "items other than wheat and buckwheat" from the eight specified ingredients and the 20 items that are equivalent to specified ingredients. As a general rule, we will not make any other accommodations.

This facility cannot accommodate requests to remove wheat and buckwheat from its menu.
